A man accused of robbing Truist Bank at gunpoint in downtown 快播视频 last Tuesday was captured by state authorities after reportedly fleeing across the state, and that wasn鈥檛 the only bank he allegedly robbed that day.
According to 快播视频 Police, at approximately 2:45 p.m. on June 16, 47-year-old George Treece, of Kentucky, allegedly robbed Truist Bank on West Main Street at gunpoint. Rutherford County authorities said on the same afternoon, June 16, Treece allegedly attempted to rob an Ascend Federal Credit Union in Murfreesboro.
After both incidents, license plate readers in West Tennessee located the black GMC pickup truck believed to be driven by Treece. Tennessee Highway Patrol troopers attempted a traffic stop, but Treece reportedly fled on foot into a wooded area near Jackson after crashing into a guard rail.
An overnight search of the area involving multiple law enforcement agencies, including the Federal Bureau of Investigation, led to the discovery and arrest of Treece in the wooded area.
Treece is now facing numerous criminal charges in multiple jurisdictions, including armed robbery in 快播视频.
